They were very easy to work with and were on time. They were also the only company that came over to my home to take measurements before giving me an estimate. The job was completed in one day and their team did a thorough clean up before leaving. Thanks again!

Very professional. Andrew is a saint, always happily answering my questions, even though I'm sure he dreaded seeing my phone number or e-mail addy pop up. (I was really nervous about the whole process. LOL) I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, they're the ones I'll be calling. You should too.

Absolutely the best. I called at least ten companies. This company had the best pricing and fantastic customer service. Highly reccomend them for sure.

Customer service is very good, however, despite the fact that I gave them EXPLICIT instructions what to do, COMPLETE WITH A DIAGRAM, they screwed up. Chris, the VP, went to the house to explain to his worker what to do, and the worker brought the diagram with him in the attic! Still screwed up!!! Cost me more $$$ because the company who installed the ducts charged me more.

I was skeptical about hiring J&C because there are hardly any reviews about them anywhere online and their price was lower than the other bids I got, so my wife didn't trust having a company that "nobody knew about" working in our house removing asbestos just because they had a lower price...as dangerous as that is. Chris had constant communication with me though and I expressed our hesitation to him and he was very understanding and explained that they've been in the commercial sector for the majority of the company's history...doing schools, federal buildings, etc. So I asked for a few references and he gave them to me without any hesitation. His references use them all the time and had great experiences with them. So I decided to give them a try. I would have given them a 5 star rating, but they need a little work with their customer service and professionalism in working with home owners before they can earn 5 stars. Although communication was quick, professionalism was a little lacking. They also arrived over 30 minutes late without any heads up that they were running late. I had to call them to figure out where they were and was told they were stuck in traffic. I let Chris know what I needed removed over the phone and he quoted me without seeing the job, but I had asked to have the registers removed, but he quoted on removing the boot only. So when they got there, they told me they didn't realize they needed to remove the register (which has a riser) and that would take a lot more work. Needless to say, while it was convenient to get a quote over the phone...a home owner is not going to know the terminology for everything in an HVAC system, so it would have been good to have a discussion with someone that came to my house and see what needs to be removed and then options could have been given at the time. I would definitely use them again, but I decided to write this long review to let others know what to expect and while they are used to commercial projects and can definitely handle the job, they could use some improvement in working with home owners as it is a different type of client with different expectations.

They were very professional and congenial. I can't say enough about the two service techs.They were very conscious of doing a good job.

They arrived on time and completed the work quickly. The room was very clean when they left.
