I do not recommend this inspection team, not only because they weren't kind, courteous, or even slightly pleasant, but because they arrived late, with a bad attitude, did a partial job, and provided an unfortunately vague report. I have seen reports from other inspectors in the Tricities area, and you will do better to go with another company if you want a complete and thorough job done. If it happens to rain the day of your scheduled inspection, please be fully prepared to pay an extra $75 for them to come back and finish the job you originally paid in full for. Apart from that, Jessica and Dylan neglected to point out some glaring damages in my home. I have had to hire a second service to do the job they should have done in the first place. There is a reason they have few reviews. Please be wary in hiring this team. Do your research. As a new homeowner, the single mistake I have made, and the most negative experiencing yet, was in choosing to use J&D for my home inspection.

Jessica and Dylan were great to work with and answered every question I had. They provided a detailed home inspection that I was able to use to get the required repairs taken care of.
