Very professional. Kenneth did a great job!

Great communication and follow up. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

Great work

Better comunication on overall costs

Kenneth, did an excellent job in completing the required work.

They were excellent, they explained what need to be done and were very good

Electrician came out at 6 pm the day of my first call to determine the problem and quote me a price. He came back the next day and fixed the problem. Knowledgeable and professional. Office staff was polite and courteous.

Good service, timely and easy to work with

Hired them to install two pendant lights in the kitchen. the lights were glass; after they were installed, I saw that one of them was broken. The glass pieces were in the bag that the fixture was in when it arrived, but the guy did not notice it was broken and hung it anyway. When I pointed out the hit was broken, he acted surprised and we called The company (Wayfair) and they said they would send a replacement asap. The electrician said to call him when it arrived and he would install it at no charge. After he left, I started thinking about how the light could be broken in the styrofoam/box (It was packed) very well. Since the broken pieces were still in the bag, it seemed odd that he did not notice that it was broken and installed it anyway. Small that to say I believe he accidentally broke it while it was still in the bag and did not ess upâ when it happened. It would have been MUCH better if he had just mentioned that it was broken instead of acting surprised and reordering. based on this experience, I will not be recommending JEI to anyone else.

Did an excellent job with difficult electrical wiring project

JEI was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. The work was completed to my specifications and the electrician made sure to do interim quality checks with me to ensure the project was still to my liking. Highly recommend, will hire again to do work in the future.

They r very professional, masters lic, knowledgeable, punctual, scheduling was great with all permits and inspections, But best of all VERY Reasonable in cost... I really recommend them !!!!

The quote is for 2:30-3 hours plus materials. The work was completed in just over an hour, still charged the same amount.

Great.

Technician was professional and on time. Changed out ceiling fan, cleaned up and took old fan and packing materials away. Will definitely hire again.

Great service and knowledge. We will definitely hire them again soon, very soon. Thanks for being so thorough and timely.
