The J & HM team was professional and curteous, and they always had a smile for us. They worked diligently to complete the work in a timely fashion and our place looks wonderful.

J & HM painted multiple interior rooms, installed crown moldings, and installed new tiles for our home. We could not be happier with the work they provided. Manny and Henry have excellent workmanship and have an eye for the little details that other contractors may miss. If you want your job done right for a great price, hire J & HM.

They were a great team of contractors. They were always on time, courteous,and friendly. They walked me through each stage of the job and told me what to expect at each level. I received lots of compliments on the finished product. They will be my new contractors and I look forward to working with them in the near future.

Henry & Manny turned my unfinished dungeon of a basement & turned in into a whole new beautiful level of my home. They are nice & so professional & worked with my budget offering ideas to stay within my price. They offered solutions to any problem areas & alway explained whatever they were working on. They always showed up when they said & always communicated their schedule & what they were doing. I can't say enough how happy we are with the job & would never use anyone else!

Manny came out promptly and gave us a very fair price for power washing, painting of aluminum siding and new gutters. He also suggested painting garage and fixing window and door wood rot. Gave us a discount for painting the garage. Suggested replacing gutters on garage at fair price. Manny and Henry the owners were experts and they and their workers worked very hard and did an excellent job. Excellent customer service and very pleasant to deal with the owners and the workers. J & HM Home Improvement does excellent work. They painted my house and trim, which included a lot of scraping as the paint on the trim was starting to peal. They even cleaned my gutters. The house looks great! All the employees were diligent and polite. I would hire them again.

Their follow through and commitment

I called this company to get advice on a painting project. After they gave me their professional opinion they saved me a fortune and I hired them to power wash my colonial house & patio, and to redo my 5 car driveway. All at a fraction of the cost of my original project I had in mind. These guys, J & Manny & Henry, are true GODSENDS! It was a blessing to have found them. They were honest, hardworking, fast, efficient, neat, orderly, thorough, and performed with high quality standards. I'd hire them for ANYTHING I need in the future.

HORRIBLE. Multiple missed appointments, delays, and empty promises. Only about one-third of the work was completed.

Manny and Henry were great! They gave me a price and stuck to it, the quality of work was excellent, they were timely in doing the job as agreed upon. They left my home clean after the project was complete. I highly recommend them.

CONSUMER BEWARE. At first I gave them 5 stars as they were very immediate in responce and timing. But after the work was completed they failed to provide my insurance company with more descriptions so I could get reimbursed for paying them. To date they have not sent in the paperwork nor responded to my calls. When I also called to get some items fixed that they missed they refused to fix the holes in my walls that they left. They are sloppy and don't stand by their work. This was a big mistake choosing this company to repair my house after water damage. I have been waiting since February for them to send in the paperwork to my insurance company. I spent over $6000 with them that would of been reimbursed by my insurance company. I will be filing a lawsuit against against this company. Do not use them. They are a rip off and horrible service.

The crew was very helpful and professional. The price was well worth the service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend J and HM for any home improvements needed.
