This company is the best, Doug Tocco was so helpful and trustworthy. He came out to do the survey, gave an estimate and while doing that, he did some small repairs where the shingles had blown off. He notice the wood showing on a particular area and did a patch job stating to me that he wanted to fix that before the rain came the next day. I thought that was the best and called him the next day to hire his company to do the new roof installation. The price was way lower than I expected, even with the extra cost for the wood replacement. The work was done in an amazing time frame, and the weather was not the best, with wind gust of 50 miles an hour . His crew did a wonderful job and all, even Doug Tocco, did the clean up perfectly. I am so happy he showed up that day, and would recommend him to others.

J & J Exterior Solutions, LLC came highly recommended from a contractor I use often and trust immensely. Which is so important when youâ re dealing with something such as your roof! What I thought initially was a small job turned out to be a completely new roof! Yikes! I contacted five different roofing companies and while I was hoping I would be able to compare all the different estimates and work that needed to be done, they each had something different to say or were trying to â sellâ or â scareâ me into something. I liked Doug from the start as he was straight forward, honest, and easy to talk with. I also appreciated that he is truly a locally owned small business and is the one doing all the work from answering calls, meeting with clients to give estimates, to being on the site for the job. He wears numerous hats, so would just be mindful of this. All the other companies I called had several different crews from the estimator that would come out and do the assessment and would get back to me in a certain timeframe (e.g., days to a week) with a quote. Doug was able to provide me with a quote after he assessed my roof and there was no waiting! Everything was written up on an estimate sheet and he detailed out all the items that would be included and the work to be done. In comparison to the other roofing companies, he was significantly lower! While I had one roofing company try to encourage me to go through my insurance to file a claim for wind damage to offset the bulk of my expenses, I chose to go with Doug as I knew that I would have a company that would take pride in their work and stand by their job and make sure everything was right. Doug was super patient with me as a first-time homeowner and came out a few times to answer all my questions and write up the estimate to include some additional work that I wanted done. He even brought with him some shingle samples as I was undecided on the roof color as thereâ s so many colors to choose from, which helped tremendously. Within a few days of signing the contract, Doug was at my place at 7:30 am pulling out ladders and getting to work taking off soffits and getting ready for his crew to get there. I was so impressed as you just donâ t see that anymore especially when it's the owner getting in and doing the work with his crew. I love my new roof and am so happy with the work that Doug and his crew did! They did an outstanding job! Iâ m so glad I skipped all the fancy automated emails or pre-packaged flyers that I got from the other roofing companies as this all incurs costs at the end of the day and is fluff. Doug is a hard-working honest guy thatâ s old school, takes pride in his work, and has integrity. I would highly recommend him to anyone to do work and heâ s already been out to do my neighborâ s roof and did an awesome job! Iâ m so happy that I went with J & J Exterior Solutions! ð

Excellent work and responsiveness at time of project

We asked three recommended companies to give us estimates on replacing our 32 year old roof. We felt all three could do a good job, so we choose the best price. J&J estimated several thousand dollars lower than the next higher price. No brainer. The work was done exactly as planned, and my new roof looks awesome.

I highly recommend. Doug offered to go onto the roof and write up quote then it leave on the porch. While up there he noticed where he thought the mane leak was took pictures of it and offered to put a temporary patch while i was researching and selecting. He had his work licence on truck and offered his insurance information. Easy to work with very helpful.

I hired Doug and crew to replace my roof as well as a lady friendâ s who had fallen on hard times. Both were completed on one day and Heâ s scheduled to replace siding on her house next week. These guys are very professional and are highly recommended.

Owner Doug Tocco and crew are true professionals. Hired them last week to replace my roof and skylight as well as a grandmotherâ s whoâ d fallen on hard times. Both homes were completed in one day. They will replace siding, gutters, downspouts and front doors next and Iâ m confident both homes will look like new.
