I used J and J as a referral that was given to me by a contractor. They had quick response time, were pleasant, and efficient. However, since install, the sliding doors do not slide easily, and the windows need 2 people to lock as they drop from the top when opened. Recently during 2 rainstorms I had 2 significant leaks from my windows. I called John and he explained that once the weather cleared up he would come and check it out because the issues I pointed out should not be happening- that was in April. I have attempted multiple calls and texts to which I have yet to hear back from him. Aside from his poor lack of follow up, Id recommend this company since they are affordable but based on recent experience, I dont know that I would continue to recommend J and J.

J and J is the best . The owner john really cares about his quality if work and all his customers. He is a old fashion type of business. His word you can trust. He really does a great job .You can trust John in your home when you are not there . I have left John in my home and I am in the law inforcmemt field . He is just all around the best. Do not waist your time getting bull shited and the job never done right. Call John he always calls you back and very faire. This business is John and his word . He truly is the only business I will use and recommend him to everyone looking for the service that JandJ offers. He simply all around is the best!!!!!

If I could give negative stars for this company, I would definitely do so. They are completely unprofessional and do horrible work for the money paid. I have had a leak in my master bedroom..... the entire roof over that section needs to be removed and reinstalled. John even told off my mother last summer, when she asked a simple question. This is a buyer beware review. DO NOT USE J & J.

I have no Kelly C in any of my files. We have been in business for 35years If we ever had a issue with a client it was handle professionally so both parties were satisfied. A repair is an attempt to fix an issue. Sounds like you had a repair done that did not fix the issue. If that is the case and it was my company that performed the work I would be more than happy to try to remedy the issue. When I called for an estimate through Home Advisor John was there next day. Service was incredible, so neat and clean, no hidden costs. All around great service and already calling back for an estimate on a different home project. Two windows were installed.

One of the best for customer service - something that we don't experience very much anymore! John's prompt response to my request for a quote on replacing gutters and his quick scheduling and completing the work was awesome! His men were quick, neat, and courteous. Everything was top notch!
