Joe was willing to stop by any time I had a question or changed my mind. He really heard me when I explained my vision and accommodated, then was willing to change it all over again when I re-imagined what I planned to do. Every time we spoke, he'd lay out my options, and he was never too busy to help me out. I know replacing insulation seems like a small, simple thing, but since I was having other work done in the same location, it was a lot of coordinating, and Joe made it painless!

Joe was very pleasant and friendly. He clearly explained the Blown-in Insulation process and how it would improve my R-value in the Attic Cavity. Arrived at the job at the time promised. He took before and after pictures to show me the insulation. He was able to fill the hard to reach spots. I highly recommend Joe at J and J Insulation.

Joe is a nice guy and a real pro. Joe did a neat, professional job he provided a competitive free estimate and arrived on time. Unlike some other contractors I was interviewing Joe really listened to my requirements. In minutes he handed me a written estimate. I hired him a few days latter; he called me back the next business day and provided me with a start date. The job came really nice. I already notice the upstairs rooms are much cooler. I use to need to turn on the house fan to cool off the bedrooms, but no more. Joe also did more then what he said he would do. Great job, and an honest guy!
