Even though it is the middle of winter, I received a call quickly after my request and someone came out to assess the project/cost. An estimate came shortly after. Very good rapport with contacts. Very impressed considering many contractors would not respond considering the length of time until the project will be done (we needed estimates for condo budgets) and that it is a relatively small project.

They were very quick to respond and visit after I made the initial request. I got the first proposal right away. After that, I had trouble getting updates and information without tracking them down several times. Their office manager Robin was the hero because she heard my frustration and made things happen. In the end, the crew that did the work was wonderful and the outcome was just what I wanted.
