nstall or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof Comment: I live in WA and have a rental property in Concord, NH. Its roof needed to be replaced. I hired J and J in Jan 2019. Josh sounded to be a really nice person on the phone. On the 1st day, rainwater leaked into the house due to improper cover. Kris came to fix the damage, but only painted the ceiling and wall parts that are damaged by water. Sound fair, but of course the color did not match totally. A few weeks, some ridge shingles started to lift up. Kris came and fixed them. Fast forward. In Mar 2020, a tenant moved out. My daughter came to check the house and she noticed me that quite a few shingled are lifted up. I called J and J several times, and got the answer Kris will come to take a look at the problem. And that is all. A check with Google told that the shingles are lifted because there is not enough ventilation. I msg Josh the issue. He said the house should have enough ventilation because it has installed ridge vents, according to my requirement. But pictures of the roof show: - there is no vent ridge or regular vents as required - Kris did not install any new flashing for the chimney or exhaust pipes. They will be the main causes of future leaks Msg to J and J about the problem, the only answer I got is **We are busy. If you cannot wait for the complaint to the BBB**. And from Kris: We do not hold any warranty on the roof. No warranty. No schedule. No repair solution. In brief, J and J failed in all rating categories: - Work quality - Customer service: - Value for money I may change my rating if all the mistakes are fixed and the warranties honored.

Very professional? Took time to explain what had to be done. Took time to do the little things. When he was done he cleaned up the area. Was very pleased with the final result.

Price was fair. Completed work in less time than estimated. Good quality. Low key and very friendly, neat and professional.

I can't say enough about our experience with Kris. He was prompt, pleasant, did the job in record time, and handled himself professionally and politely when a neighbor gave him a hard time about parking. His work looks excellent, and there was always communication when I had any questions. We would most certainly go through J&J again, and especially with Kris. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job well done.

From my initial contact with Josh, to the completion of my project of installing a laminated countertops and cutting the sink opening by Kris & Clay, I am truly grateful. They were able to fit me into their schedule & complete my project within 4 days. Additionally, when they came to see the work on Saturday, I pointed out another project I might be interested in hiring them to fix. To my surprise, after completing the countertops, they stayed and fixed a siding issue . So they killed 2 birds with 1 stone and made my day. Iâ ll be thinking of more projects I may need assistance with. Truly good workmanship at a reasonable cost!

Josh was able to accommodate my short notice need for a complete yard cleanup prior to 4th of July holiday company. The price was fair and reasonable. His crew was on time, friendly, and professional. They checked in with me a couple of times to assure they were doing what I wanted. Josh also called to check that I was satisfied with their progress and again after the job was completed. I highly recommend this company and will hire them again.

Josh responded to my needs within hours of my contact through Home Advisor. One of his team, Adam, came to my property, made an assessment, and worked up a schedule to get my terribly overgrown and uncared for lawn up to speed. Pricing took into consideration the extra work needed to bring the lawn into a maintenance level and beyond. We walked the property together before and after the work to be sure it met my needs. Everything done was very professional. We discussed longer term needs such as tree removal as well. I highly recommend this business and appreciate the competence and excellent customer service.

The gentleman that had called me was very nice. After doing the yard he took a picture of it Knowing that I wasn't around to see the results myself. I would recommend them for sure. They will be returning every other week. Thank you for your help on getting someone to cut my grass and weed wack around the bushes and yard.
