Some of their work was sloppy. In some areas that needed preparation like sanding they just painted over.

This is the second time I hired J&J waltex to do work in our home and we were extremely satisfied! They did an amazing job at a fair price! I am looking to get more done by them in the near future!

I hired joe and his team to paint our master bedroom / bathroom and spare bedroom in a home we recently purchased. The job involved wallpaper removal and additional work to smooth out the walls. I could not be happier with the end product. They were timely, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. I will definitely use them for future projects in my home.

We hired JJ Waltex to paint our downstairs hallway, upstairs foyer and our stair case. The job looked AMAZING and we are extremely happy with the work! Out of 3 estimates they were by far the best price and I would def hire them again and refer them.

Joe was quick to look over the job and provide his estimate for 7 rooms 2.5 baths and paint the trim on front of our house, Joe asked that we pick out our colors and email it to him which turned out to represent our only paperwork. When Joe and his helper arrived, he was not the same helpful friendly guy who we first met. During the 6 day project he was glum, rude and was like a bull in a china shop. Everywhere he personally painted was of poor quality and finish, it wasn’t for his helper this project would have been a disaster. Joe left paint on our carpets, drip marks from excess paint and inadvertent splashes of wrong colors left on doors, trim and walls. My son’s room had numerous tiny nicks in one wall that Joe said that he would repair before painting; he didn’t, he just painted over them and it shows. He made a mess of our front garden trampling plants while cleaning his brushes and then tracked mud into the house to join the already paint stains on the carpet. I am completely surprised by the ratings which indicate he is a professional. We had no walk through on the last day, Joe was in a rush to go and we had enough. The house looks great outside; inside; I will clean the paint and dirt off the carpets and touch up walls and trim where needed, a little wiser. I would not hire J & J Walltex again nor recommend them. Let the buyer beware!

I will not look for anyone else for any future projects I have. Joe made old cracked plaster walls look amazing. He also did the paint job, equally impressive. Professional, punctual and reliable, I am extremely happy with their work. Highly recommended!

Joe came in gave the quote, asked me to pick colors at a Shermin Williams or if I see what colors we liked any where, he would be able to match, witch he did, My wife had picked out colors from Loews. after a week the had shown up and finished my home,. In a day, I had to leave for work, They finished the job and asked for their payment to be mailed. Very happy with their work highly recommend!
