Trees & Shrubs Treat, Protect and Maintain
J AND JS CUT MY TREE DOWN AND I PAID THEM. THEY DID NOT HAUL AWAY THE TREE AS THE CONTRACT STATED. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE CO. BUT NO RESPONSE. I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO HAUL AWAY AND DO THE CLEAN UP. I WILL ATTEMPT TO GET A REFUND FROM THE SPONSOR OR J AND J S TREE AND MULCH.

Car salesman like approach to quoting business. Starts with stupid high number to see if you accept then comes down. Price quote is for cash only and will charge more for accepting a check. Final work product was acceptable and what was basically discussed, but value for money was not there.
Response from Jandjs tree and mulch
"Sorry for making you feel that way, we do accept checks with no extra charge, they are the same as cash to us. I don't know why you was told that, I wish you would have called me about this, and if you have any other questions or concerns please give me a call I will make sure the problems are taking care of. Thanks, James"
