Edgar and his team were very efficient and did great work on my rental property repair. They are trustworthy and professional. We are already using them again for other projects around the house.

This company was terrific! They were flexible to fit my schedule and listened to what I wanted and then produced an excellent result. Would definitely recommend.

Workers showed no respect for my property. Broke many things and showed a lot of poor workmanship.

Shabby work, did not put down mats, damaged existing tile, damaged existing duct work, took 5 weeks to complete job that was supposed to take no more than 9days. After 3 attempts could still not complete job correctly. I had to finish job.My whole house need cleaning after sheetrock and pilewood cut inside the house . Plumber on this job was very good,everyone else was terrible. Would never use this company again for anything

I have a 3,900 square foot home. The roof is composed of 3 sections that took 50 squares of shingles to complete. The work was started on Saturday at 8:00 AM, there were 11 workers taking part on that day. They were very professional and very polite. I spoke with Edgar the owner of J&K Renovations about my flowers and the bushes before the work began. I cannot believe, that after all of the work and all of the workers that took part on these project my garden and flower beds were in the same pristine condition as they were before the work began. It has been about 1 month since the roof was completed. About 1 week ago we had severe rain in the area, and I was very pleased to see that the work was done properly and I did not have any problems with my new roof. They did a fantastic job staining our house and repairing some rotted trim on our windows and balcony. Very professional and Edward made sure that he addressed any and all issues before the job was deemed finished.

....although I only hired the contractor for some intermediate steps in my kitchen remodel, I was not impressed with the overall quality of their work and the technical skills of some of their employees. To their credit they were on time and fast in completing the work; in addition their pricing was the most competitive. Unfortunately, I had to do some rework to get the intended result from their efforts. I would only recommend them to others with reservations!

Tile and plumbing personnel exhibited poor knowledge (e.g., marble floor needed to be ripped up and relayed twice; plumber unable to connect faucets - regular home plumber solved in 90 minutes). Original estimate was 1 week; after 5 weeks I wound up firing them.

I was very please with J&K Renovations, LLC. They did every thing required with the loses bit. I would hire them again. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, the final project turned out great!"
