John contacted me within an hour of posting my request for service and he was at my house within 3 hours to survey my job. I had two 35 year old Flokati rugs I bought in Athen Greece when we were stationed in Italy. They hadn't been used or cleaned in over 15 years. They were dirty but we were fearful they would survive the cleaning. John the owner, explained his process and after receiving his assessment we proceeded. John returned our Flokati rugs as clean as we remember them when new. His quoted price was fair and he completed them on time. Highly recommended.
