J&M Painting & Complete Remodeling

Miguel, Did a decent job, $1,200 worth plus I gave him a $100 tip, however it took him three weeks to complete it , I am a recent amputee and needed two doors widen for wheelchair accessibility plus grab bars in the shower he bounce me around with other jobs, did not communicate with me I would have to chase him down. I had him replace a ceiling fan with a new one that was remote friendly it worked for five days and then it stop working, while this was not his fault I called him and asked if he would come over and see if it was fixable or replace it I stated I would pay him extra he stated he and his employee would come over next day, its been over two weeks tired of chasing him down, His lied through the entire process. Would I hire him again, DON’T THINK SO!

Beware, Jose will ask for deposit to pay for materials. He was to replace part of patio ceiling that was damaged by water leak in the upper balcony, repair leak, and paint the concrete floors in balcony and patios. On Monday(9/26/16) after the rain the leak was still there and the floors in the lower patio and upper balcony showed streaks. Called Jose on Monday(9/26/16) and he promised to come on Wed. He didn't show up or call. I asked for a written contract before he started job and he told me he would write on up. I didn't get it. I called Thurs.(9/29/16) morning to check why he hadn't show but have not heard from him.

Manuel did a super job on the two painting projects I had : 1- a water damaged sealing ; perfect color match 2- 8 exterior window shutters stained darker color I would hire him again for all of my painting projects.

Excellent communication. Showed up on time and did a great job at a very reasonable price.

Installed a doggie door in the wall in our kitchen. Did an amazing job and even cleaned up after. Would highly recommend.

J&M Painting did an excellent job and was very clean and quiet. He even went out of his way to put all the furniture in my boys's room the way I wanted, he even went out of his way and set up my son's bunk beds.

I hired J&M Painting to paint my son's rooms and they did an amazing job. When they were completed the only way I knew they had been here was because the walls were different. They also moved my furniture where I wanted them and set up my bunk beds.
