Mark, one of the owners was there the whole time. He and his team did an outstanding job and made sure I knew how to operate the security camera before they left. I felt the price was very reasonable. They installed a security camera and were there for less than 2 hours. They arrived on time for the estimate and the job.

Mark Zallo and his team epitomize the uncanny art of ingenuity. Due to the manner in which my home is constructed the running of cat-5 cable for six IP Cameras was no easy task. I had no fewer than half-a-dozen of the top Security Installation companies in the area come to give the job a look and provide an estimate. None had the vision, foresight, innovative plan down to every detail that Mark possessed. He exuded a level of confidence and aura that was unmatched by any of the other individuals from the other companies. This put me at ease and made it an easy decision for me to go with J&M. While each of the other six companies had a "plan," none where as detailed and innovative as Mark's - not to mention others' plans involved a whole lot more, what I like to call "messy work" of having to rip open sheetrock and make access points. Mark's vision allowed minimal openings - simply put: he worked magic with his snakes. Made small tiny holes to pass the cat-5 cable - hid all cables, put a switch panel with ports in the attic, only running one cable to the office location where the NVR unit is. Just amazing work - I still am in awe as at how they were able to accomplish such a challenging task so seamlessly! 5 guys and 4 hours later the entire job was complete. Any time I have a question or need someone from J&M to swing by to show me something with the system or adjust a personal preference, they make themselves available - they treat their clients like family! As a customer I felt a genuine level of warmth and sincerity that simply is a fast fading pillar of businesses across all fields these days. I could go on and on about J&M's professionalism, authenticity, genuineness, care for their clients, etc. They are the TOP Security Installation company, and arguably the top business of any kind that I've had the pleasure of interacting with. You feel good inviting Mark and his professional men (Matt, Chris, et al.). He even came back to help me snake an HDMI cable a few weeks after installing the surveillance system. Icing on the cake - I saved money going with them compared to other companies and they are extremely clean! I look forward to working with Mark and J&M in the future and strongly endorsed their craftsmanship without any reservations whatsoever. Simply put, the best!

Stellar service, communication. They didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need. When we opted for a less expensive package, they were happy to support us in our choice. They worked on our timetable (which was crazy at times) and we're perfect professionals.

Mark and his team are true professionals. They are very punctual and very knowledgable. Although their price is higher than the others, it is well worth that. We are extremely satisfied with their job and definitely recommend them.

I am relieved to say that I found the perfect company by using Home Advisor. I had a bad experience with ADT and J & M made that all go away. They were able to provide the service I needed with quickness. The entire staff knew what they were doing and the prices were reasonable. They system is easy to use and they were able to install the off site viewing on my phone in minutes. I also love it that Birgit knew what she was doing as well. I did not have any confusion with this process from start to finish. Mark and his men did wonderful neat work, and that is just what I wanted. Thank you for your excellent work!
