If you want glazed edging, be sure to understand exactly what you will get. I misunderstood, which is why I am not rating 5 stars. The painting itself (other than the edging) is excellent and Jim is very friendly and professional.

Jim is a no BS contractor. He not only had the best painting process (two part epoxy paint) but also the lowest price. It is not a franchise, it is just Jim and his sons. We hired Jim for a job repairing damage on some existing custom built cabinets. The job was small and not exactly what he normally does so well. I had called several companies and none wanted the job either because it was too small or too difficult. There were 16 doors some different finishes and a piece that he needed to build. He said he could fit it in between some larger jobs and complete in 2 weeks. This was fine for us. He finished the job in less time than he told us. One of the finishes did not match exactly but he insisted on redoing it correctly. The overall professionalism, craftsmanship, and fair pricing ranks J and N Finishing at the top of the list for great vendors. We have actually asked him to return after the holiday to undertake 2 other larger projects and to bid on another for my business!
