J & P Cleaning Services - Home Facebook

We hired J&P to clean our windows, inside and out. The firm provided exemplary service from the first interaction to the last. They responded to my inquiry immediately and showed up to provide a quote the same day. They did an excellent job with the windows, troubleshooting awkwardly placed windows, extra high ceilings and other issues associated with an old house. The team thoughtfully accommodated my work from home schedule and less than welcoming dog. I will definitely hire J&P again for my windows and, post quarantine, regular house cleaning.

Very professional and knowledgeable about their craft. They did an excellent job cleaning my furniture. I would hire them again for future work!

Excellant work done by very nice people.

I hired this company to come and clean my floors. I clearly informed the business that my kitchen hardwood floors needed special attention regarding a few grout spots that needed a bit of attention. They missed the spots and I called them to tell them that I will allow them to come back and go over the flooring once again. They denied after I gave them $70.00 pus tip. They could have been professionals if they had agreed to come back and touch up my floors, but they denied after I asked nicely. They could have been nice on touching up my kitchen floor. They just did not want to help after they collected my $80.00 cash.

I was thoroughly disappointed as I spent way too much money for subpar service. While their (3 cleaners and the manager) customer service was great, their timeliness and effectiveness was beyond sub par. For my apartment that has 2B, 2B they only cleaned the bedrooms and bathroom cleaned in 3 hours! They did not even get to the closets or the fans in the bedrooms. They had not touched the kitchen, LR and DR. I gave them one more hour hoping that they would pick up the pace but apparently they were able to only wipe down the counters in the kitchen, sweep the floor in LR and wipe done a few things in the living room. They never finished. I had to force them out as they kept asking for more time. Uh no, because that is costing me! There was no way I was paying them more money to work slow. Due to their customer service and the parts of the house that they were able to clean, I would have loved to have them back, but there is no way I am paying for subpar service. Really wished this was going to work as I have some rental properties that need cleaning on a consistent basis.

Very professional and great work quality. I will contact him again for my next cleaning project

The team went above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Job well done.

Jose and his team were fantastic. Worked fast and did a stellar job on the deep clean of our home. Completely different home afterwards. Great job.

Responsive and good work!

This was the first time they came to the house and they did a superb job of cleaning my house. It not only looks good, it smells good too.

I called last minute and Jose agreed to come a Saturday. They were very nice and did a wonderful thorough job. Would recommend them and use them again.
