Very unprofessional, you would think with plumbing being their job they had to come to my home several times before they actually fixed it, and after a short period of time I had to hire someone else because the issue started again.

the first tip didn't solve my problem. the second trip did. the first trip cost almost 100.00. the second trip cost over 100.00 . this repair cost twice what it should because J&R didn't do what they should have done in the first place. I think I got ripped.

Responded quickly and came out quickly to fix our problem.

These guys are great! They did a very thorough job.

He showed up early, cleared our clog all the way out to the main, gave us tips on our sink problems, and cleaned up after himself.

I wasn't completely satisfied with the work the first time. But called J&R and they promptly took care of my concerns.

They arrived on time. Worked on the sewer pipe, but were not able to clear the pipe. They advised me to call the city about the main pipe in the street. The city did not find any thing in the main sewer. The city cleaned out my pipe with a water jet. The price charged by this company did not fit the amount of work done. But, they did say they would come back if needed by the city.

J&R Plumbing was very prompt and flexible, however problem was not fixed and calls are not promptly being returned to come back. Photos of work not forthcoming as well as invoice for payment has not been received after payment made.

Worker not aware job was paid for on first visit and quote a higher price for the job.

Prompt and reliable. Price was exactly what quoted, no hidden charges. Had to have them come back to fix a leak, they were very quick to respond. Would definitely hire again or recommend to friends!

Female who answered the initial call on 28 Apr 17 (Friday) never identified herself or her company (even after two phone calls), but set the appt for 4 p.m. that day. Technician showed up 1 hr 50 mins late (at 5:50 p.m.) and no phone call to say they'd be late. Technician didn't have proper tools to complete switching out tub faucet and valves, had to call for help. Started working on changing out kitchen sink faucet and valve while waiting for help to arrive but the help refused to come so technician abandoned the kitchen and went back to the tub. Technician needed power tools to expand a hole in fiberglass tub. I loaned him a rasp file so he could complete the job. By the time that job was finished (at 9:35 p.m.) he didn't have time to finished the kitchen sink so the old faucet was reconnected. House water was turned back on to check for leaks in tub and kitchen, but nobody turned the kitchen tap on to actually check for leaks. Had the tap been turned on they would have realized the valves had not been opened. I didn't discover that until an hour after they left when I tried to rinse something off and the water wouldn't work. The cold water valve leaked when I turned it on, the hot water valve was ok. Called the 24 hr company back to have technician come back; got voicemail, LMTC. The tub connections did not leak. Technician finally left at 9:50 p.m. Next morning used hot water valve to rinse fill a water jug but the water stopped flowing -- the hose to the faucet had come off from under the sink. Again called company, same voicemail, LMTC again, still no return call from the company yet. The owner of the company finally returned my call on Sunday, 30 Apr, to see if he could come on Monday to finish the tub. I told him the tub was the only one of three tasks actually completed on Friday night. I told him we had no water in the kitchen and asked if he could come that day (Sunday). He said he had misunderstood my message on voicemail and that he would be there at noon. He arrived at 11:32 a.m. on Sunday with the technician from Friday night. They swapped out the kitchen faucet and advised me how I could change the cartridge in the shower control (the third task). I also showed him a crack on the outside top of the tub that was not there previously. All that being said, the owner made things right by not charging me for their work. Owner told me he sends this technician out when the company gets behind, but that technician, Bill, is inexperienced. He wore a t-shirt that advertised J & R Pipe and Sewer Cleaning so I was never sure how much actual plumbing experience he had. I would not recommend this company.

They really cared about my comfort or lack thereof without the use of a working bathroom. Also I appreciated that they checked to make sure the drain was opened. I felt it was as important to them as it was to me.

Cleared blockage in kitchen sink line. Friendly. Explained service well. They made sure the pipes was clear all the way to the main line. Will use again if needed.

They're honest, knowledgeable and fair. What more can you ask for? Definitely hire/recommend to friends!

It was bit expensive but I am glad it is done. I would have liked an itemized receipt because they had lot of things left over that they took with them and I believe I was charged form that's all.

I was very pleased with the professional work that was performed by this Company. They were punctual, courteous and the cost was really reasonable/compatible . I definitely will be requesting J.R. Drain Plumbing to be the Company I use for several other Projects I have planned for in the near future.

They worked hard and they were very nice people but they did not complete the project. Now I have to hire someone else to get the work done correctly and this puts me several weeks behind in completing this project.

Service was professional. Made recommendations to accommodate the tenant. Returned after time mix up to make sure the job was completed promptly. Highly recommend this company.

Cleared my sewage line and did a fine job. Would have given them a 5.0 but they never got back with me on a quote to repair my sewage line.

I needed a serious problem fixed and the guys were out within a few hours after calling for help. Trustworthy and dependable workers.
