"Danielle you should at least tell the truth. The truth is youre right I had an employee who I believe ended up having a drug problem. Im not positive but he did the patio in correctly. I took longer than expected to get there to fix it because I had lost one of my main employees to drug issue I believe not positive, but that is what I believe we did come back, and the patio was excellent. You tried to have us do a couple extra things for free and threaten me with a lawyer, and that is when we did not return the patio however, a quite unusual one came out excellent and you know it."
"I am sorry you have these concerns Fred. I remember you having to ask the crew to put back your patio furniture which they did do promptly. I apologize sincerely if we left something else out of place. In regards to you being overpaid, I am sorry you feel that way, but I feel differently. Your job required a 4 man crew on the job for half a day, a 40' boom lift, a 12" chipper, and 2 trucks. We took down an entire 50 foot tree and almost half of another 50 foot tree, and the price included removal of ALL debris. I feel $1500 was very competitive, at the very least fair"
