Rafal gave me the best price. I checked out his license, his online reviews, and the state civil litigation website. He was clean as a whistle and well regarded by customers. I hired him to strip and replace an asphalt shingle roof on my home. I specified the materials, and he provided all materials according to specs with no problem. He was present to supervise the job, and when I asked a question about the project, he went onto the roof and took photos to show me that it was done according to specs. We exceeded code. His crew was courteous. They cleaned the area thoroughly after day one and at the end of the job on day two. They hung nets and tarps to make certain that old roof fragments did not hit the house on the way down. They protected my deck, landscaping, and AC condenser. They left no nails or plastic behind.
