I was referred to Rafeal by a neighbor in 2023 to replace my roof in New Britian. He completed my project in 1 day and did a great job. When some elderly friends in my congregation wanted to have their roof replaced, I contacted Rafeal again. After signing the paperwork, the next Monday his crew was there and had the work done again in one day. Rafeal was patient with the elderly woman. The crew was clean and orderly. They protected the plants and grass around the property. Courteous crew. When he strips the roof and sees a problem (damaged wood Etc.) He won't just cover it up but will address the problem. If you need work done at a fair price and done quickly then J&R Ultimate Construction is the company for you!

I found Rafal based on the 5 star reviews. He was very professional, responsible and supportive. In only one day my roof was completely replaced. And I was very satisfied with his price including the gutters.

Rafal and his crew replaced the roof in November, 2025. Also installed solar roof vents. The replacement was done in 3 days. Rafal is very professional and helpful. He pulled the permit and made sure all the gardens at the house were protected. The roof has many different peaks and valleys so I was surprised it only took 3 days. Rafal made sure all the new building codes were followed and everything was taken off the roof down to the plywood. He checked the plywood to make sure none of it had to be replaced. Clean up was excellent. The attention to detail was perfect. I highly recommend Rafal and his crew.

Rafal stopped by and followed through on the estimate and answered all our questions. His crew replaced our flat roof. They showed up early and worked late. They were thorough and got the job done on time. Highly recommend!

Rafal, the owner, was very professional about the job. He explained what he would do, and did it within the time frame. I was very pleased, as the company did more than I expected. They were quick, professional and knowledgeable about the job. After the job was completed, I tried to see if I could find any nails in the grass, but they cleaned up so well I couldn't find any. Their estimate was the best and he said he could beat any other estimate by $200 - which he did. I am very pleased with the overall outcome of this job.

The owner Rafael was very nice and worked with me with my insurance. His team showed up early and started within minutes of arrival. They were efficient, well-organized and they made sure everything was cleaned up upon completion. Very pleased with the experience and would work in the future again!

Rafal gave me the best price. I checked out his license, his online reviews, and the state civil litigation website. He was clean as a whistle and well regarded by customers. I hired him to strip and replace an asphalt shingle roof on my home. I specified the materials, and he provided all materials according to specs with no problem. He was present to supervise the job, and when I asked a question about the project, he went onto the roof and took photos to show me that it was done according to specs. We exceeded code. His crew was courteous. They cleaned the area thoroughly after day one and at the end of the job on day two. They hung nets and tarps to make certain that old roof fragments did not hit the house on the way down. They protected my deck, landscaping, and AC condenser. They left no nails or plastic behind. I was completely satisfied. It was a job well done, and I recommend this company without reservation.

We are very pleased with the work done by J & R Ultimate Construction and can highly recommend this company for roofing and chimney maintenance work. The crew was very professional and polite. The owner was very responsive to all questions and requests. The work site was kept clean and the owner and a supervisor kept the work moving in a very efficient manner, getting the project completed on time. The price for the job was reasonable compared with other quotes. As an additional project, we also considered replacing gutters but the owner saved us money by fixing and reusing the old gutters which turned out to be in adequate condition. This cost saving allowed us to proactively deal with a more pressing maintenance repair work on the chimney which J & R Ultimate Construction also completed to our satisfaction.

I hired J&R Ultimate Construction using Home Advisor and I am extremely satisfied with the recommendation of Home Advisor. The owner Rafal Wilinsky-Pelech was a pleasure to work with and was present throughout the installation of the roof. He answered all the demands I requested and was responsive to all the calls and texts that I sent him. He gave a starting date and there weren't any delays with the installation of the roof. One of my first jobs as a young man was roofing houses so I knew what to look for in the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new roof. Rafal and his crew were absolute professionals and they did not cut any corners. They were timely and efficient with whole process, he said it would take a day and a half and it was completed on time. The estimate that Rafal gave me was right on and he did not add on any (hidden) charges. Great job done by J&R Ultimate Construction.

I recommend J and R Ultimate Construction for roofing. The owner was very responsive to every call, question, and special request. He was present during the installation. His crew was punctual, polite, very hardworking, and efficient. We have a colonial style house with attached garage and a screened porch. They stripped and replaced the complete roof in one day. The site was left very clean. Before hiring J and R, I called three references given to me, and they described their experiences much the same.
