I would use Joshua and team again and refer him to my family and friends. He responded promptly to review the job and gave me a written estimate the next day. He painted the upstairs including bedrooms, doors, ceilings, stairwell, and trim work. The trim work on the windows was meticulously done. They completed the job efficiently and professionally. I am very pleased.

CONSUMER BEWARE: I hired Joshua Sanchez in November of 2021 to paint my home. I declined to give a review at that time because there were many issues. Most of these were resolved but, it was not pleasant dealing with him. Unfortunately, I had to contact Mr. Sanchez again recently, due to the fact the paint on the ceiling of my front porch is blistering, cracking, and beginning to peel. He came out and took no responsibility. He said the paint is blistering because the ceiling is made of drywall and humidity or water will cause that. He told me it is a problem with my roof and it must be leaking. My roof is only a couple of years old. I told him that he should have taken into consideration that the ceiling is made of drywall when he did the job. But, now it is going to crack and peel and it is my problem after hiring him and paying him $2800. He said. I come, I paint the house, that is it. I told him I have a 3-year warranty. He said, So, what does that mean? Do you expect to paint it like a new house? Those are his words verbatim. I was taking notes because I knew he was going to give me a hard time based on the last time I had to deal with him. He did not like my attitude and I sure enough did not like his. The conversation became heated and we were both speaking in raised voices. He threatened to have his wife call me. If she is a better businesswoman than you, please do. He left, saying he was not dealing with me and he was not fixing it. Mr. Sanchez is unprofessional, his work is subpar, and the warranty on his work is worth less than the paper it is printed on. Save yourself a headache and do not hire him. UPDATE: I understand you are trying to defend your business. But lying will  not help you. There is no water or watermarks in the vicinity, or anywhere else for that matter. And it has been raining. I have never had a leak in my roof. The paint is blistering, cracking, and peeling from the environment. Again, you should have taken that into consideration. and most consumers know that as well. It is not; pay me $2800, and less than a year later you can pay someone else to do it correctly. The paint started peeling before Halloween. But I dreaded contacting you. The picture you posted is of my garage, and it happened during the recent hurricane. The fascia was already compromised. That is not the ceiling on my front porch. And from here on out, I do not want you driving by my house or taking pictures of my house, understood? The last thing I want to do is destroy your business. But your workmanship and the pictures I posted do not lie. I definitely do not want another consumer to be in the same situation as I am. It sucks to pay a company and have to hire and pay another company to do it correctly. Trust me, I wish this were not the outcome of doing business with your company. When asked for a referral for who painted my house, I show them my front porch. Enough said. If I was trying to ruin your business, I would have posted all the pictures of the way my home was left the first and second time. I really had hoped you would do the right thing. This situation is unfortunate. But I can prevent others from experiencing the same thing.

I cannot say enough about his work! His attention to detail is outstanding! He kept us informed of everything he was doing, respected our opinions, made recommendations and came through with fantastic results. We had numerous delays on our side of this project and he was very understanding about our situation. It is quite refreshing to find someone that still does quality work with excellent work ethics. If you are considering any painting, give him a call. You will not regret it!

I took a chance on hiring Joshua after reading other people s reviews on line. I cannot say enough good things about: the returned calls, price was exactly what the quote was, his professionalism and the above excellent work he did on painting our Florida room, including the metal ceiling. He spent time explaining how he was going to do it, and we absolutely loved the way it turned out (as did all our neighbours) We would not hesitate to call him again for any future jobs.

From the quote to completion Josh was honest and professional. We got 3 quotes and he was by far the best choice. He gave us great advice, worked with our schedule, and finished when we expected him to. We changed our mind on a few things and when I asked if he could do it he response was that he can do anything, it just takes a little note time. He has a great attitude! We really appreciated his attention tou detail. He and his crew were so respectful of our home. The end result was perfect! We will be using his company for the outside of our home when we are ready. We couldn't be happier with the work here did!!

This us the third time they painted for us. Absolutely great job on entire interior of house. Great price, great service, and absolutely trustworthy. Will use Joshua and team again!

I am very pleased with J and S Efficient Painting and More LLC! I called for a quote and Joshua was at my house within 2 days of the request. He walked all of my needs for the exterior painting of my home including my shed. 2 days later I had a quote and I hired him! He truly went above and beyond my expectations. He moved all my patio furniture, trimmed all my bushes back, dug trenches around my home, removed items on the wall to ensure paint was on every inch of my home. He completed the work over a 4-5 day period. He pressures washed EVERYTHING! Sealed EVERYTHING! Painted the soffits, fascia, my gutters, downspouts, my home and my shed. The work was fantastic. There was a small spot or 2 on my shed that needed some touches up, but he insisted on putting an additional coat on the whole shed. He checked in to ensure I was happy with the work, and I am thrilled! I am very happy with the work on my home and would recommend Joshua and his company to anyone who is looking for quality, honest and dependable work. I will hire Joshua in future for the interior of my home.
