J & S Renovations

I hired Joe and his crew to remodel three bathrooms. They were meticulous in every aspect of the job. not only could he do an excellent job, his design recommendations were on point and all were incorporated into the final design. One complete and job is progressing beautifully on the second. Should start the third next week. Rooms look great.

Joe Pennington really does excellent work and he's very knowledgeable in his field. Listens well to questions and ideas and gives good advise. Went above and beyond with repairs on our house and took care of a few extra hidden damaged areas without trying to raise the cost (like so many other contractors do.) Also takes weather conditions into consideration before and during painting. Did not take any risks that would affect paint adhesion or appearance (I've seen other painters just press on to get the job done and make the home owners live with the poor results.) Joe and his assistant, Eddie, work as a well coordinated team, doing each task correctly and in an efficient manner. A good team is always a pleasure to watch in action. I have a few more projects that are above my ability that I plan on calling them back for when it comes time. I do recommend them. I would put up before and after pictures here if I could. Basically, we look like we have almost a totally new house on the outside.

They were very friendly, courteous, and did very good work. They took excellent care in moving furniture and did a great job of cleaning up. I will definitely use them again.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job putting in sliding glass doors in a breezeway between the house and garage. Very nice, honest and quality work for a fair price. I will ask them to come back and build fencing for our back yard.

Their price quote was right on target compared to three other quotes I received, and they clearly explained the method of repair prior to the start of work. Joe, and his assistant Eddie, arrived promptly to begin work each day, and even pointed out a solution, and corrected the cause of my water damage that another company failed to notice. I have house upgrades that I want accomplished in the near future, and based upon how pleasant an experience I had this time, I will definitely call J&S Renovations to perform the work. Friendly workers

Joe is a personable, local guy that is honest and knowledgeable in the work he performed. He listened and saw the damage from the inside the house to get a good idea of exactly where the problem might be on the outside. He got up on the roof (the other 2 businesses I sought out quotes for didn't) and discovered a few things that were potentially contributing factors to the leak I have had for a long time. His quote was fair. Due to weather, I had to wait longer than I had anticipated to get the work performed, but he did show up with his partner (no additional subcontractors for this job) and completed the work we had agreed upon in a timely manner. No additional hidden costs tossed in at the last minute. ....because he used to live a few blocks down the street, was a good indicator that he was familiar with the age of the homes in the area. Still with two medium projects to complete, I will hopefully be able to use them to complete them and bring my homespace back up to where it needs to be. It would be nice if Joe was able to accept credit cards - cash and check can be difficult if the job is costly.
