J&S Tree Removal

J&S gave me the estimate for the tree removal followed with the work the following week. This work was performed at Carolina Shores.

J & S gave us a verbal estimate and followed up the same day with a written estimate for tree work on Oak Island Their work was outstanding! They took down 4 pine trees, Cut and trimmed 2 live oak trees and lifted the canopy on another live oak. Also removed a magnolia tree. They did an awesome clean up and hauled all debris away. J & S arrived to give me a quote according to the agreed upon appointment time. We communicated through phone and emails. The only issue was the stump grinding. They informed that another individual would be out in a week to complete that. It took approximately 3 weeks. I was overall satisfied with J & S and would definitely recommend them or utilize them in the future if there is a need.

Jason came to our vacation home to give an estimate for tree trimming and later that afternoon we also received a written estimate by email. Jason and his crew trimmed 3 palm trees, a large Bradford pear and also a smaller tree in our yard and did an excellent job...everything was cleaned up and left in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Jason and his crew and I will use him again for our next tree service needs!

Jason arrived on schedule to review the project and explain the process. He gave a verbal estimate on site and submitted a written estimate later that day by email. Tree removal was scheduled for Sep. 5. Jason and his crew arrived on schedule and downed two tall pine trees professionally. All debris was cleaned up and trees removed. Stumps were ground and they left my property in pristine condition. Excellent work.

This is a small, family owned business that took care of my downed tree in record time. They removed all debris and ground the stump to my specifications.

Overall, J&S did an awesome job. Went above and beyond by trimming a bit off of another tree that was next to the one they took down. Only .5 star off because of the scheduling and communication (or lack there of) during that process. Example: committed to coming out on a Friday but didn't actually take the tree down for another week and a half after that.

I wasn't there when they actually trimmed two large pin oak trees (aka live oaks or water oaks in the south) and they were beautiful. They also removed several smaller trees and had the stumps ground. Everything turned out well. I felt the price was fair.

Great experience. Very timely with quote. Showed up as committed. Very professional on site. Made recommendations on other issues not part of the original quote. Crew was excellent. Full explanation of how the work would be completed as I was concerned about peripheral damage given the size of the trees. J&S took special care to make sure surround property was not impacted. These guys are good.
