J and A Paving

I am a senior citizen and hired The J in Jimmy from j and A Paving from Midland. I know little about asphalt and paid this dishonest contractor. After paying him I discovered the actual job was not installed professionally. Jimmy and his crew left my drive and yard a mess and it is going to cost a lot to correct. Likewise, my neighbor had her drive done after mine, but did not pay him. He never returned to collect. He promised to pay me $2000 for the poor job, he never followed through. My contract is worth nothing. Home Advisor's rating of this company was almost 5 stars and has some responsibility with this too. This Jimmy guy may be switching the company name and essentially traveling from one botched job to the next. He has spelling and writing difficulty, so beware. Look at the contractor guidelines at the bottom of the Home page here as you find a link to really good information about license and how to contract. The rating system is not accurate for some contractors.

Jimmy and his crew were very pleasant to work with. I had the Chip Seal driveway put in, and i couldn't be happier with my driveway. His busted there butts. I would highly recommend J & V Paving for your driveway needs.

They did a good job for the cost.

J and V Paving resurfaced my driveway as promised just 2 days after contacting them. The owner came to my house, explained my options and was very detail oriented. They did an excellent job, finished on time. I highly recommend this company.

called and jnv out to give me a bid on paving my drive they explained to me i had a exceptional base and suggest us to consider chip seal as a more economical and cost effective option we decided to go with the chip seal and couldn't be happier with the job they were super nice and had the job done exceptionally fast couldnt be happier with the work provided they'll soon be doing a project for my brother and his wife

They came out and did everything they needed to do. I am so satisfied with my driveway!
