I wasn't having any problems with my units. Called around to get prices for maintenance agreement and Gatliff responded promptly, showed up right on time, checked my almost 10 yr old units and found no problems. He Cleaned the grates and the condensation pipes and even purchased and replaced the filters. Scheduled to check again in the fall. Very nice, neat and courteous. 2 units, 2 visits a year and very reasonably price. Couldn't be more pleased.

Heat Pump Repair or Service
Had a heat pump air handler that needed cleaned out. Gatliff Heating and Air responded immediately to the Home Advisor submission, came out within an hour, got it done, and when everyone else I called wanted to charge me a $100 just to come out to tell me how much they would charge me, Gatliff only charged me for the work he did. I saved hundreds of dollars. On top of that he is a great guy and very professional. Thank you! I would recommend Gatliff Heating and Air over and over again.

Some companies offer an initial inspection for about $30.00 less. But Gatliff was professional, they arrived on time, they did their job and were on their way. I was very pleased.
