Janet is 100% reliable; she is always on time and has never missed a scheduled cleaning in the four plus years that she has worked with me. She does a very thorough cleaning job, with nice finishing touches. If you ask her to do something extra, or to come an extra time for an additional project, she is very willing do so. She has a lovely sweet personality. She is very comfortable with my large dog, who loves her. She doesn't need a lot of directions; with little input from me she cleans everything that needs to be cleaned. I am very happy that I found her.
