Nature Calls Plumbing

I would like to say he does not know about anything about plumbing. He stole my money $11,000 and I hope people see this and doesnâ  t get scammed like I did.

He did a very good job and ended up going quite a ways to get the parts needed which had to have cost him more time and effort than he had hoped. We kept trying to plan our day around what he told us to expect. That did not work out. He told us he’d start early; when he hadn’t shown up for over 2 hours we called and found out his truck had a flat. At one point he left to get parts and said he’d be back shortly. After an hour and a half we ended up checking again only to find he was stuck in horrible traffic. I can’t blame him for things out of his control but we would had things we needed and could have done that day which didn’t get done because he never told us what was happening. He also said he’d be back the next work day and to call him when we returned from an early doctor visit. As there was a real concern that we’d only moved the pipe blockage into the back yard he promised to come back and check. We did call and he never showed up. He never called either. Overall I’d rate him high on quality and commitment to serve but poor on communication.

I was impressed with the customer service and his taking the time to explain the job and what it entails. He was fair and thorough and I look forward to using him in the future. Mr. Stacey came for a standard clog and we found my pipe had rotted. He didn't rush through the project and made sure we understood the work he was doing every step of the way. I would highly recommend him.

He is a fraud. Liar. After installment you will not hear from him again DO NOT HIRE HIM

Jarred Stacey is the primary owner and operator of Nature Calls Plumbing (NCP) in Clarksville, TN. NCP claims to be professional, family-owned, able to fix all your plumbing needs, and other home repairs. This review will be an example of why you should look elsewhere for these fixes and repairs unless you want someone in your home that does not respect family values, is dishonest and will take advantage of your situation to get into your pocketbook. In case you do not take my advice or read on- DO NOT PAY A DIME UNTIL ALL WORK IS COMPLETE KEEP HIM AWAY FROM YOUR WIFE AND KIDS! Jarred Stacey is not to be trusted in your home! He does not respect family values! Jarred Stacey of NCP has done work in my home a total of 3 times. The first two times he was subcontracted for small plumbing jobs that were part of larger remodeling projects. These jobs were not difficult but both required multiple calls and revisits to complete the tasks. At the end of the second project, he overheard my wife and me talking to a contractor about a master bathroom remodel. After that contractor left he asked to talk to us and begged us to hire him to redo our master bathroom. In hindsight, this becomes the biggest mistake we have ever made. We never received an invoice or a formal contract for the scope of work that needed to be completed. No permits were filed with the city by NCP and that left us completely vulnerable if something was not done up to code. The master bathroom remodel did not get completed on time (3 months after the promised date!), he continued asking for more money to complete the project, and there were multiple excuses about other people at fault for why the project was not being done. Even though we hired him and only him- his excuse was always about someone else that he subcontracted. In the end, the work was not that impressive either; feel like we paid for high-quality work and got a substandard result. He kept blaming some guy named Brad who was soon to be his brother-in-law by way of marrying his sister. He kept telling us how Brad stole money from him and did not come to work when he asked him to. Two weeks into the project, we left him the key to our home and went on a 3-week trip. He had our numbers and emails to contact us in case there were any issues or snags. We received no calls or emails during our trip and returned to see that ZERO work had been done while we were gone. We heard every excuse in the book. It did not seem to stop him from getting other jobs and payments for other projects all over town. Jarred Stacey is not trustworthy and does not follow through on his promises. I wish that were the end, but it gets worse. Jarred talked so much trash to my wife and me about his wife and family situation. The only reason he and her got married was that she got pregnant while dating and they decided to get married. She miscarried before the wedding and it was too late to call it off so they got married anyway. He would complain about how his wife would not cook or take care of his two kids and he had to take them to all their events and look after them. He was forced to leave work early.

Quick work and effective

You confused me using the Nature Calls plumbing name.. The truck is labled TNPlumbing so I found it a bit disconcerting. The appt confirmation came with Nature Calls, I had "booked" with Tn Plumbing. I was amazed and pleased they were able to come within a couple hours of my initial inquiry with Home Advisor..

A week after we moved into our new house, our water heater was busted. I called several plumbing company, and Nature calls quote is one of the lowest. They also was able to get to our house within an hour, installed a new heater and hauled away our old one without any issues. We will definetly come back to them for future plumbing needs.

Our toilet clogged up and my husband and I tried all home remedies and youtube videos but no success. I looked up many other companies and it cost a lot of money. However, Nature Call was honest and sincere and not about taking advantage of people. Jarred the owner and David his right arm man are true people who want to help out and bless others. David came out the same day and immediately resolved the problem. He was very friendly and professional. The best part was the price was GREAT! Thank you, gentlemen.

Okay folks, Jarred from Nature Calls Plumbers came out with his coworker to give us a bid on putting in a gas line to our fireplace and we were so impressed with this young man we asked him to get started ASAP ! He worked hard, showed me what s what all along the way and which log kit I needed to buy ... and they even cleaned up as well as anyone could ask for. Wow ! When I saw the bill I was overjoyed to see no add ons or extra charges. These people are honest ! Gone are the plumbers of old with droopy drawers and gotcha bills that need a loan to pay off because we now have educated, prompt and honest plumbers at Nature Calls. Such a good feeling to know we now have a plumber we can call for any job or emergency, night or day, and Jarred will fix the problem without burying us in debt and dishonesty.
