Write a ReviewThey did an amazing job on time vey professional
i enjoyed working with multicraft he did work in my home as well as my business, would highly recommend them and will continue to use multicraft in the future.
I was very disappointed with the overall quality of the work and professionalism. First, the job took much longer than I expected. There seem to be constant delays, excuses, miscommunications and false promises. Second, the overall work was very sloppy. I was quite upset with the careless treatment of my furnishings and flooring (which I just had re-finished). I communicated the many missed areas or areas that needed touching up with no resolution. Lastly, I had the garage floor painted. They did not patch cracks in the floor prior to painting as I was told they would do. I was appalled to see several big cracks showing through once the paint dried. How can a professional painter paint over big cracks and not know that these are going to show through? I would definitely not recommend them in the future.
this customer did not want to pay for ceilings to be painted, the town home that she lived in had three different colors of ceiling paints and she wanted it touched up not repainted. With dirt and grime from previous years makes color matches hard to match. The walls over fire place were damaged and should of had more repair. the carport had cracks that were to small to repair and the mortar would not stay in them we are not foundation experts or concrete finishers, caulking would have been worse. when you try to cut cost for a customer that wants a level 5 job but only wants to pay for a level 1 its hard to please and the end result is this. A un happy customer. You have to understand we can only do so much before time and cost comes in to play and then all the deals and favors that we have done for the customer are forgotten when it comes down to the finish for the contractor, I am a good paint contractor and this is exactly why ill no longer offer any deals or try to cut cost to save the customer money, at the end of the job the quality of work is not what the customer was expecting either because the prep work was cut short or paint brand was sacrificed all to save money. Not meaning any disrespect but we have had this happen to many times. Time, good paint and plenty of prep work all factors in to the cost of a top quality paint job.
Robert and his crew did a great job at repainting our house. He went the extra-mile to do more more than required and finish the job within few days not mentioning the competitive pricing offered. I would highly recommend him.
Awesome company to work with. They above and beyond the scope of the project. and are willing to make changes as needed.
Very personable; arrived at designated time; great work ethics
Too many problems and disconnects
Bobby was extremely courteous and responsive while he and his team painted the entire interior of my new home. He made great recommendations and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work they had done. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Also excellent value for level of work.
I hired bobby and his team to paint the basement of our house. They did a fantastic job. Very professional, took care of some other issues with imperfections in the drywall. Bobby was great to work with. Kept me up to date with progress and scheduling. Always turned when he said he would. I will definitely use his services again.
They repainted the exterior and interior of my home as well as refurbished my deck. They did a fabulous job, finished the job on time, and the customer service was excellent.
