Very professional and thorough. Completed all of my request in an efficient manner. Was Covid compliant at my request due to health reasons for me without hesitation. She was more than courteous and kind to me when I was bringing groceries in and helped open the door for me. She had no idea how hard I was struggling due to a recent bad fall I’ve had in my home. She went out of her way to help me. I’m very very impressed and she deserves to be recognized/acknowledge for a job well done !

Been using these guys for years, service has always been good but our recent visit from Steve Scott blew every other appointment out of the water. This guy was on the ball from the get go. His presence and knowledge were unmatched, he kept a level of both friendliness and professionalism the entire time, went above and beyond in answer our questions as well as what to do and not do for the upcoming future. He never made us feel rushed or like our questions were an inconvenience, he was courteous and kind with everything we asked and had him look at. We had a particular spot in our siding that had recently opened up and without asking he offered to patch it up right then and there to ensure that it wouldn't be a possible future issue. He even made us aware of some outstanding issues on our home we didn't even know about but now we can prepare for. Mr. Scott was an absolute gentleman, an expert in what he does, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a shining example of quality service!

Antoine was a fabulous technician! Very personable and knowledgeable. He also was very willing to explain the 'whys' of what he was doing. getting in contact with the company, however was a nightmare. I phoned 8-10 times getting automated messages. I only received a person when pressing the prompt to start a new account. Very frustrating!

I recommend this company. Technician was well trained and informative.
