Ended up leaving your excavator at a business near me because it actually broke down and as last time I know it was still there. The owner of that business said that he had not heard back from them. Also they said that the ground was firm as they drove across but yet they left tracks in both our yard and the neighbor's yard that we had to fill in. Also the reground that was delivered was only single ground where it needed to be double ground we had large chunks of asphalt that were still in and we're still picking it out. Honestly I would not ever hire these gentlemen again.

They got the job done and did some extra work not in the plans. I would hire them again. They demolished a very old garage and hauled away all wood and concrete at a reasonable price. They were thoughtful in that when a problem arose, they kept me informed and I was willing to work with them to get the job done.

worse contractor ive ever hired. Tell you lies, never shows up, sends unexperienced workers to the site. never gets back to you for weeks. many many lies and promises never kept. says no money down then the next day asks for money. my land and my garage pad that we hires him to do is a disaster. he never came back to finish the job we contracted him to do. said it would take him 2 weeks and because he didnt show up over and over, it took him 4 months. we would call and text him with no call back or reply for weeks at a time. then he would say ill be there tomorrow and not show for a week. his equipment poured hydrolic fluid all over my property. my property has craters in it that would fit a small car. he made a mess thats going to cost me more money to fix. i would not recommend him to my enemies. again do not hire him, he will rip you off and leave a horrible mess. worse contractor i have ever hired. he will come on sweet in the beginning and then turn 100% a**** ! again do not hire this guy

Most unreliable contractor I have ever used. Should have asked him to leave. A job that should have taken at most three days took three weeks. Doesn't come when he's supposed to and shows up when he is not scheduled to be there. Extremely unhappy about the way this job was handled.

JJ demolished a broken brick wall around my patio and did an excellent job. left the patio and surrounding area in great condition. He was easy to work with and very professional. I highly recommend this company!

They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They had the job done in two days. When I first met with JJ I knew that he understood my dilemma and we agreed on what should be done to solve my situation. I am very very pleased with the work done and give Jansen my highest recommendation .

Had a re-sloping and drainage job that JJ was able to finish in one day. Very pleased with the work and customer service.

Janson Excating & Demolition Did a great job. They tore down an old chicken coup, hauled away 70 years of accumulated things on the inside covered the area with topsoil seed and straw. Looks great Thank you, JJ and Mike
