3-4 Room Interior Painting or Staining
Janssen Painting did an incredible job on our interior. We had our family room, kitchen, entryway painted and wallpaper removed from the stairwell and hall that was over 20 yrs old. Words can not Express my satisfaction with their work. The painting was clean and meticulous and they even hung my curtains back up looking as perfect as ever! Their price was extremely reasonable and Corey communicated with me as needed. I highly recommend Janssen for whatever painting needs you have.

Wonderful experience. My wife and I had not had our interior painted for some time. We have a townhouse with vaulted ceilings and other areas of more difficult painting. Corey Janssen ( owner ) and his associates were very professional and experienced. They went the extra mile for my wife and I with excellent results. I would highly recommend them.

Corey did an excellent job in painting our home's exterior and refinishing our deck. He was very easy to work with. Corey came onsite and gave a competitive bid. He was knowledgeable about the products to use and was able to fit our work in between jobs (so it was done quickly!) They painted our main floor and the team was quick, clean, and the job is beautiful. We will hire them again for the basement in the future!

I was not pleased with the quality of the paint job. I asked Corey to paint some interior brick. I found many areas that were not covered with paint. In other rooms, there were areas where the first coat did not cover. A subcontractor that Corey allegedly hired knocked on our door and told us that he was not paid and was seeking payment. We sent him away because we did not hire him. Corey told me I was picky when I showed him areas that needed to be repainted and I thought he did not do a professional job. Ultimately I asked him to leave the job prior to him completing everything. I was willing to pay him, but not full price. He threatened going to court and placing a lien on the house. We reached a settlement without any legal proceedings.

"As a business owner it has always been very important to me to do the best job we can do, top quality! These particular clients from the start requested there job to be bid out to for selling purposes only, it was going on the market. They stated that there house is not a half a million dollar house and wanted it estimated for selling purposes only. It is very unfortunate they were not happy. I did hire a drywall company to scrape and texture there ceiling. Unfortunately, the subcontractor i hired did not do the job correctly. He was also requesting to get paid before the whole job was even completed. The client was never billed for that portion of the job because the sub did it incorrectly and it needed to be re-done. We did have some areas that had to be fixed and touched up, sometimes we miss something. but always fix any issues before we are done with the job. The client also stated i said he was picky, I did tell him that, as i mentioned they specifically requested the job to be bid out for selling purposes only, when he broke out a flashlight to show me a few little tiny misses in the brick when it isn't dark out, i stated he was being as little picky and mentioned to him how he re3quested the job to be bid out. The brick was touched up. I spent several extra days at this job making sure everything was taken care of and done properly."

Corey Janssen and team went above and beyond the call of duty. They did several little extras that most other painters would have charged for. The quality was first rate. We would highly recommend Janssen Painting & Decorating! Corey was prompt, efficient, respectful, and the end product was terrific! Love my new interior walls. Corey listened to my requests during the bidding process, asked questions, and communicated well by e-mail and phone. He was on time and left the house in clean order each night. Will use this company again!

Jansen painted my neighbor's exterior and did a nice job, so I had a great reference point in making my decision. The did a good job of staining my exterior and I will call them the next time I need this sort of work again.

This crew is excellent! I had multiple bids provided from other companies as well and although Janssen wasn't the least expensive, there were absolutely the most detailed in their quote. We were able to work out a price that was fair and after having completed the work, I believe that I received the best value possible as the other companies never quoted all of the work I had requested them to. The attention to detail was exceptional as I'm a very particular person. I never had to call them out on anything as Corey would update me on everything he thought wasn't perfect. Corey takes a lot of pride in his work and makes sure that things are done with perfection. If there were any uncertainties, Corey would have the paint company out to make sure they were using the correct product for the application. I had siding, soffits, gutters and window trim to paint and he made sure that we were using all of the proper products. I highly recommend this company. My house looks incredible and many neighbors have commented on it or even asked Corey to give an estimate to paint their houses.

Corey Janssen listened to all of our concerns about the painting project and even had an expert from the paint store come out and evaluate what the best type of primer would be, etc. He was especially careful of our plants around the house while working and friendly to our animals and their needs. Corey is very kind and personable and his helper was very friendly and efficient. I liked working with a small crew, knowing there were no misunderstandings. I highly recommend Janssen Painting and Decorating!

Corey was exceptional. He wasn't the lowest nor highest bid, but we felt comfortable with him and the ratings on HomeAdvisor of his previous work. He did most of the work himself. The exterior painting job required scraping of wood shakes, priming, and painting. EXCELLENT WORK, easy (and fun) to work with, highly trustworthy, and I may hire him to paint two interior rooms too. Can't say enough good things about their work, clean up (even put furniture back on deck), efficiency. We forgot to point out to him a few nail holes we also wanted filled. He came back and filled/covered those holes within 2 days, at no additional charge, and we didn't even know he was here... just saw the job was done! This is the customer service of old. Don't find this much anymore.

Corey worked hard to get the job done, using the non-rain June days as best as possible. He also worked around the extensive foliage that we have. If you have any issues, he will resolve them.
