If I could go through the home buying process again I would ABSOLUTELY use this guy as my REALTOR, as it would’ve saved me about 100 hours of extra work just investigating various issues with the house. The company owner came to the home I intended to buy to inspect some “bubbling” of the shingles noted in the home inspectors report. He quickly identified the strangely localized damage as having come from a fallen tree/branch, which fit PERFECTLY into what we knew about the house at the time. He generously squeezed the inspection in just hours after the request, even though he was obviously very busy, because he knew that our negotiation period was ending soon. He was more helpful than two realtors, the previous owners, and the home inspector combined! We were then able to confidently buy our first home, as this roof issue was the last major unknown. Who knows what would’ve happened without his timely and honest assessment. He even took the time to chat extensively with me about a few issues I was having as I was getting my own small landscaping business up and running. Many, MANY thanks! And I just want to reiterate how much better it would be to have a licensed, experienced, honest BUILDER for a realtor. Seriously, it would be ideal for so many reasons.

Ed was my contact. He was here when the insurance adjuster came and walked thru all of repairs with him. Ed made sure i understood everything that need to be done and the process needed to get it done. He did not send me out on my own to find what i wanted to do the replacement. he had samples and made recommendations. The crew gave a report at the end of each day as to what they did today and what they expected to get done tomorrow. It made the whole process a simple task on my part.

Jaranna Homes is by far the best contractor out there. They are honest, reliable and their quality of work performed is OUTSTANDING! We have several more remodeling projects that need to be done and we will be (and already have) contracted with Jaranna homes to complete our projects for us!

They told me how I could fix the issue myself if I wanted to save some money and not hire them and they gave a much more reasonable estimate for siding repair than the other companies I talked to.
