Mercedes was very accommodating to my needs as the house was still under construction with flooring. I was in need of a final clean. She showed up on time and left the house in great condition. I will be using Mercedes on a bi-monthly basis as I was very please with her work ethics. I highly recommend her!

Very pleased with the cleaning. I am glad I was home to answer the door earlier than our original appointment time, because she came much earlier than we scheduled because she said she finished earlier on her previous appointment.. Ordinarily that would not be such an issue, but I like to stick with the schedules I make with housekeepers. Advice? Please stick to your schedules. Thank you. Overall I was extremely happy and will call again.

First time having much needed help. Mercedes was friendly and a hard worker. I called after the first clean with some questions and she came back out and handled my concerns. I plan on having her again.

This maid service was everything I had been hoping for and in some ways even better. Anyone trying this company will be very pleased. The owner was very courteous and got right down to business. They were efficient and thorough. Their pricing was reasonable and fair. I will continue to use this maid service twice a month as agreed.

One thing I could say about them they got to my house on time that s nice. She had an attitude and was like I didn t know your house was this dirty!? OK ! You gave me a price when I told you I only need my Master bedroom our guest bathroom or kitchen and living room clean and you said ok. You didn t ask me how dirty it was you figure just because I was Mexican my house is going to be clean. She sated oh I gave you that price because I figured it was clean since you re Mexican ! WOW !! So I told her that s fine look I haven t been home in a month I Been in and out the hospital not that I want to have my house like this but if you can t then that s fine I will hire someone else. I did have dirty laundry around but I told her someone was coming to do that she could just put that on the side . But I actually ended up moving the dirty laundry inside the laundry room so it wasn t too much of for her to do . Wow I just came believe the attitude her and the other lady she cane with had I told her she could go I will hire someone else and she said No that s fine I will do as much as I can In 2hrs in like what? You didn t explain that to me.
