Jeff was very thorough, neat and did a great job for me. He came immediately when he learned I was going to be leaving town the next day. He reolved my plumbing leak under the sink and diagnosed my dishwasher properly. Very Good!

He called almost immediately after we put the request in. He said he could be there that afternoon if that was ok with us, gave us an approximate time he would be here and that he would call us to let us know he was close by. True to his word, he called and was at our house right when he said he would be. Very knowledgeable and explained the situation to us, giving us options. We told him our decision, and he went to work. He had the problem fixed within a half hour. He even asked us if there was anything else that needed fixed. Super nice. Punctual. VERY highly recommended. We will DEFINITELY call him again if we have a problem.
