Showed up more or less on-time (with a call indicating that he was on his way). Quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and gave some tips on how to prevent problem in the future.

I called Jared's to get a refrigerator repaired. He came the next day and said it needed a new fan. He said he would order the part right a way and have it shipped overnight. Well, one week later and still no part. The last two days of those seven, Jared's stopped returning my phone calls (I was only calling once a day and I was never rude). He also didn't response to Servicemagic. I finally had to give up and buy a new refrigerator because my tenant had been without one for a whole week. I also gave her a $100 discount on her rent due her having food spoil

Mr. Jared was quite professional and demonstrated superior technical competency and willingness to explain what the problem was with my dishwasher and how he planned to repair to fix it. This was not my experience when compared to other service providers previously engaged for the same and similar appliance repair services. My family would highly recommend Jared Appliance as a primary appliance repair service provider.

Jared's came to my home, inspected my washing machine and told me there were a couple of parts that needed replacing, a repair that would cost me under $200. He returned with the parts about 3 days later, and while putting the machine back together he broke something in the main gear box. His said this happens sometimes and that now it was going to cost about another $200 which would exceed the value of the unit. Needless to say we ended up having to purchasing a new washing machine.
