Great service.

Overpriced & way under-delivered. Comparing to many years in the same home having the same work done by other power wash companies this experience fell way short of our expectations. Very disappointed!
Response from Jarel's Crystal Clear Window
"Hello John. I am sorry for the misunderstanding on the price. But on the back of my cards I have listed all my services and beside all services I have room to write down the price for each service. I gave you a price for the house wash and a price to Pressure Wash the driveway at your request, and I gave you that card. Your wife called me a couple weeks later ask to be put on the schedule to do the house was and Pressure wash the driveway. I am sorry you are disappointed in my work. Before I left, I had your wife walk around with me to make sure everything looked great (something I do with all my clients) and she was happy with how it looked."

Jarel stayed in good contact with me. The price for what I received was very fair and reasonable. The level of professionalism and personability was wonderful as I don't see it much in many businesses these days. I would highly recommend Jarel.

Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
Jarel was very professional. Called and asked to come early. He was well organized with his equipment and was very thorough in cleaning the gutters and checking the downspouts. He cleaned up after he was done. We are on his schedule for next year and will probably have him clean our windows in the sspring.
