I would use them again. Excellent work crew and sales managers. Well experienced and knowledgeable professionals; high quality work, they finished the project on time, and they left my yard spotless. The sales staff and the work crew recommended two different changes to the design that improved the accessibility and functionality of the deck--at no additional cost. The deck is beautiful and I'm so happy with it. Thank you all.

Everything about this build worked for us. The crew worked well together like a group of friends. No foul language, considerate, good clean up and knowledgeable. They found some damage that had to be taken care of and they fixed it straight away for reasonable cost. We gave them a pergola design to go on the second floor deck. Our design was adequate but not very pretty. They re-drew it and made it far more elegant. I would hire them again in a minute. The work was high quality, trustworthy and completed in a timely manner.

I want so bad to be able to give them 5 stars. We contacted them in April 2022 and the salesman was wonderful. He came out, took pics, we decided on project and signed the papers. We were having them install a patio cover the length of the house that came out 18 feet and had one skylight it in. They were able to start right away which was wonderful. The crew was amazing. Very hard working, kind, polite, cleaned up after themselves. They finished on 04/22/22 and we signed the loan and they got their money. That's when anything positive from this company ended. One week after finishing, 04/28/22 we found our first leak. They sent someone out the next day who worked on it. Much to our surprise, that night the leak was much worse, just a constant drain thru the skylight. I texted our original salesman, Mike, on 04/30/22, who never returned my text. I waited 4 days and texted one of the crew members, Jason, who sent someone out the next day and fixed the leak. One month later, on 06/10/22 we found another leak. Again, texted our Mike, no reply. Waited one week and texted Jason on 06/17/22. He said someone would be over. I texted Jason again on 06/21/22 that no one has shown up. Again, he said someone would show up. I texted Jason again on 06/28/22 who said Miles will come. Miles did come. He says he will be back the next day to fix it. Miles no shows the next day. Miles finally comes the next day on 06/30/22 and "fixes it" One week later it rains and yep, no surprise, leak is still there. I called the main company line and left a VM on 07/06/22 and 07/07/22. No one to this day has ever returned my call. Mike has never returned any of the many messages I have sent. The only one who replies is Jason. I texted him again on 07/19/22 to let him know that the leak is still not fixed. He says someone will be over but now it is 07/27/22 and no one has shown up. If something changes, I will change this review. Otherwise, I cannot recommend this company at all. UPDATE The company sent two guys over who said they fixed the leak, we won't know until it rains, unfortunately. They have reached out via text and asked us to revise my review since they fixed , nobody from the company has yet to call me.
