"Thank you so much for your comment Alison. I charge differently for check because of being stiffed once years ago and cash I know I am being paid. I am a proud tax paying American ?"
"-first I do ask customers to open the windows to help vent out the polyurethane fumes, however I only do that after I sand because it would be pointless to do while during the sanding process. Many other customers can confirm that once I apply the polyurethane is when I open windows. - shortly into beginning sanding (approximately an hour into) Mrs. Sacco asked if I could tape up the vents. I do now t usually do this for most of my machines catch their own dust but was happy to oblige. This however would not allow dust to get into the ventilation system -as for the holes (because professional know wood filler doesn't fill in dents) there is a method of filling a whole floor with wood filler. I along with the many other professionals I have talked with over the twelve years I have done this have agreed it is not a good way to fill holes because floors expand and contract throughout a year from acclimation thus this would leave crumbles I between any boards that the filler was in because wood filler doesn't not expand and contract like wood. - if I did not charge for a service because they did not like the way that I was doing it then the service wasn't never performed and should not be discussed. Especially since I was nice enough to leave polyurethane for the customer to do the transitions as they wanted. Furthermore I ate the cost of the transition piece. -lastly when done working I put my garbage either in a can or on the side of the road (since it weighs usually 100+ pounds from sawdust) if Mrs. Sacco knew her trash had just gotten picked up you would think that you would put it in your can."
