We regretted that we did not have any additional work for Jason, Mike and Thad. We hated to see them leave. How often can you say that about a contractor? All three gentlemen are very professional, friendly, creative and care deeply about their work and satisfying us as customers. Throughout the project, all three made suggestions about materials, installation methods and finishes - most of which we incorporated. We thank Jason and his crew for their creativity and skill in making this project a beautiful reality. The job included a completed gutting of the master bath and the following: For three bathrooms: Replaced all formica counter tops with granite; replaced all sinks and faucets; modified plumbing to accommodate new cabinetry and fixtures (master bath only); replaced all toilets; installed new accessory hardware and light fixtures. Also, new tile flooring in the powder room and installed new mirrors. Additionally, they installed ceramic tile throughout the kitchen, kitchen eating area, pantry, closet, laundry room and hallway. New moldings, vents and trim were stained and installed, as well as trimming out the end panels on the cabinetry with oak panels that were stained to match the existing cabinets. There were numerous little jobs, such as installing new exterior door knobs and electronically controlled deadbolts as well as installing a ceiling fan, an over the stove microwave and various touch-up fix-ups that accumulated over twenty years. Their crowning achievement was the master bath, which was totally gutted, rearranged and rebuilt. A standard one sink vanity was replaced with a wall to wall vanity, with two sinks. The toilet was relocated, the tub was removed and replaced by an extra-large gorgeously tiled shower (with clear glass door), built-in shelving and decorative tile. For additional linen storage, a 7 foot tall cabinet was installed as well as a cabinet over the toilet. Finally, another cabinet was inset into the wall between the vanity mirrors. And, the floor was tiled and new sills were installed. The end result has been viewed and appreciated by several neighbors, friends and family members. We get to see it every day and continue to marvel at the transformation. Thank you Jason for being "the Guy" that everyone needs when they have a project that absolutely needs to get done: on-time and on-budget. And, thank you for your talented core crew (Thad and Mike) as well as some very accommodating and skillful sub-contractors and suppliers. And finally, thank you, Denise, for letting your guy do his thing.
