The job failed, the showers are a disaster, he used wrong material and poor workmanship. To correct the issues is going to cost thousands of dollars.

Jason is pleasant to deal with. Somebody already said the worker was messy. The tiles have several mistakes such as unevenness. I would not call him back to fix it because it is more work for me. Those mistakes could have been fixed before it was finished. The grout also was uneven. And those mistakes were easy to see. No advice was offered or there was a misunderstanding about the shower and it looks funny. I would hire him again and give him another chance with better communication.

The two men who came to do my job were courteous, neat, nice to have in my home and did a great job. They were flexible as they needed to return after part of the job to finish up. I would recommend them to others. They did the kitchen counter tile work around a new sink I had installed by a plumber. THANKS!

Unfortunately we hired a contractor for top dollar. Turned out he had no license and did a terrible job. We then went thru Home adviser and got Artistic Tile. They undid the mess and made it look the way we intended it to be in the first place. They did a fantastic job at a very fair price. If I had known, I would have hired them for the complete job. Only ones I will use from now on!
