Jason's Appliance Repair

My refrigerator went out and I called Jason late one evening. He was very helpful and came over the next day, after 6pm to assess the problem. He found a bad compressor and made every attempt to find a solution to fix the problem. I found him to be honest and professional, a person of integrity. I have given his name to Lowe's service department here in Tallahassee FL so they may contact him for repairs and warranty work. Thanks Jason!

Jason actually made this repair experience pleasant. His response was immediate and courteous. He arrived when he said he would, explained what the problem was and its cause as well as everything that was needed for its repair. He went out of his way to give me the best service for the best price. When I asked about another possible repair, he took the time to explain what might be needed, what he could and could not do regarding that repair and then referred me to several colleagues for the portion of the repair he was not licensed to perform. This repairman has integrity as well as knowledge. I will not hesitate to use him again!

Jason was very conscientious about customer service and communication, and more importantly, he puts the needs of the customer ahead of his own financial interests. I was willing to go ahead and schedule the service call, but he advised me to talk to the vendor and the manufacturer first - to make sure that my appliance wasn't under warranty. As it turns out, it was still under warranty, so I didn't need Jason's assistance, which obviously means that he lost money. I'll be calling Jason in the future, and recommend that you do, too.

He was excellent! Called me the very next morning and scheduled for that day. Called before he came and arrived promptly. Very professional, kind and did a great job! My dryer is working very well and I am very pleased! Will definitely call him again for any appliance repair.

The repairman was prompt and professional. He was quick and charged a fair price for the service that was provided. He was flexible in working with when we could meet to have the repair to my washing machine done. I was very satisfied with everything.

He was great! However he's going to be moving soon so he won't be available in my area for too much longer.
