Jason's Jetting and Rooter Service

I had a referral for Jason from an acquaintance before I used your website and so I did contact him directly. I may have also clicked on him when I browsed your website looking for other referrals in case he didn't have time to do the job. Rescue Rooter from your website called me back but from my previous experience with them, they charged too much compared to others. I did use Jason independently and found his work to be highly satisfactory and would use him again.

Jason was professional, polite, extremely neat and fixed the problem in a short period of time. I definately will recommend him to others.

He was prompt, willing to explain things to us and reasonable when compared to others we have dealt with in the past. I also liked that when he said he would solve the problem he did so for the original price quoted. In our case that meant he ran his machine through our line and used the camera to locate the clog (massive tree roots and a broken pipe) and finally dug up the yard to find the source of the clog as well as provide relief for the clog. Many other would have started out with a low price and then added on each item as an additional cost. Jason kept his word. I would definitely hire him again.

In short, Jason was absolutely brilliant. Jason was prompt, courteous, tenacious in hunting down the problem and very reasonably priced. I have used those other large rooter companies in the past only to have them leave a bad taste in my mouth and a hole in my wallet. You will not have that kind of experience with Jason. He gives you an estimate over the phone (the others do not) and he doesn�t up-sell on other services in order to make more money (others do). Look no further than this guy. He is independent and deserves to make a good living from his honest hard work. I wish him all the best with his business.

Jason was the only service person that called me personally and asked how he could help. I explained my problem and he offered solutions and quoted me the cost for this job. The problem was resolved, however took a bit longer than anticipated. Got good advice on preventable measures keep roots from growing back and to fix toilet flapper. We fixed this and are very happy.
