Javalera & Sons

DO NOT HIRE GUSTAVO. He started our job in April, it is now August and he has yet to finish the job or respond to us. I paid him in FULL and he didn't finish staining our patio or finish fixing the mistakes he made. He did a terrible job on our driveway (completely crooked). Our back patio is already cracking. The stamping on the back patio doesn't go to the edge. He has to redo our fence twice and it still doesn't shut correctly. The list goes on of mistakes he made. He also did a terrible job at my neighbors house, they actually had to have the entire pad ripped up and redone. We've tried contacting him MANY times, probably 30+ phone calls, no response. Horrible experience and regret using him. His prices may be cheap, but the work shows.

The project was performed on time and on budget and in accordance with the scope of work negotiated previously with Gustavo Javalera on behalf of the LLC. The skill and efficiency of the Javalera crew was clearly apparent. The high level of communication before and during the project was greatly appreciated and the cost was fair.

There isn't a day that goes by that I don't say I love my porch. It's everything I wanted and Gustavo's design was exactly what we needed - safety. I don't fall off the steps anymore and can sit comfortably watching the birds and my flowers. His crew is very easy to work with and made sure the work was done right. Gustavo was on site the whole time. The cost was very reasonable. We definitely recommend him and will use him again.

Javalera & Sons came out to my house and did a stamped patio . They did absolutely amazing I’ll be having them back out this spring to redo my driveway

Gustavo was very communicative throughout the entire process with pouring us our backyard stamped patio. His work speaks for itself and his team is polite and professional! I would hire again and recommend 10/10!

Absolutely amazing job done in a day and a half just under 1000sqft. Had some special requests on the slope, to carry water away from house, and a French drain which they installed under the concrete. Extremely happy with finished product. The neighbors a block over were on a walk and saw them finishing my driveway and hired them on the spot. Any future concrete jobs I’m calling them again.

Gustavo and his crew are a pleasure to work with! They’re very communicative, show up on time, work hard and do some great work. We’ve had Gustavo do a few projects for us: expanding our patio, new driveway, stairs, and a new fence. We could not be happier with the results. I’d absolutely recommend Gustavo and his team!

Gustavo was skilled, transparent, efficient, and a pleasure to engage with. Their work was quick and expertly completed. 10/10 would hire again.
