I have 2 decades working in construction, my specialties are foundations and structural framing, the jobs require knowledge of reading blueprints, local codes, presenting and passing inspections with the city inspectors etc, i have the tools, the crews, the knowledge and the experience but im not a licensed contractor, I'm a project manager i handle everything from start to finish.
