Proceed with caution using Javier he did not complete the project he also owes me 2 smoke alarms refuses to give me my signed contract and paid in full invoice and has a bad temper Very messy inside and out looked like a construction site everyday and just left the mess told me I had to clean it up No floor protection paint and plaster all over inside and outside had to clean up nails screw glass refreshment bottles ect... 2 weeks of cleaning.He left my awning support bar and screws off the awning and refuse to put it back up a dangerous situation. I had to call the police to patrol my street as he was very upset about his review The bathroom floor looks like a amateur did it has gaps and Javier said his Father used cement to place a peel and stick vynal floor down looks terrible I have all the Pictures text's and phone logs that was sent to Javier to try and get him to do the right thing but he won't I don't know what he's up to as he refuses to give me my signed contract and paid in full invoice.He was paid in full before completion. I Will hold him legally responsible for any thing that happens to me or anyone else or any damage as a result of his negligence and refusal to put the awning back secured the way it was Don't believe anything this guy says he took my money without completion and didn't come back I Made a complaint already to Home Advisor about this situation Javier I hope you are reading this review and do the right thing at least secure my awning safely like it was before you took it down ***Update***Working with Home Advisor to resolve this situation but doesn't appear that Javier is willing do so at this time.Javier's Father was suppose to come last Saturday to replace the bathroom floor install smoke alarms put the awning secure give me my paid in full invoice signed contract and fix my bent outside light that was damaged as a result of Javier taken the awning up and down but Javier Senior was a No call No Show still waiting.Javier you will be legally responsible if anything happens due to your negligence with this unsecured awning. You have a lot to learn about business and to treat people with respect.If your intentions are to do the right thing please contact Home Advisor it's a shame I had to call the police to patrol my street as you were very upset on my first review and you have a bad temper.

They came when scheduled to give an estimate and then to complete the project. They provided high quality work at a reasonable price. Customer friendly. They also made sure everything was cleaned up and put away correctly before they left.

these people showed up when they said they would, high quality work at a good price. they did much more than just hang a door. they replace rotted door frame and replaced cross beams on a trellis. very professional and reliable. thank you Javier and son. 5 stars

Javier is very professional. He is very customer oriented and strives to make the customer totally pleased and happy. He showed up on time as promised. He is extremely reliable and honest. The work was done well. He cheerfully returned promptly to correct an issue that I had with a wood fence door that he constructed. I would definitely use Javier again. He exhibited the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
