I contacted the company and requested treatment for weeds. I was surprised when they told me they had just treated the lawn two weeks prior. I did not see any death in the weeds and questioned them as to if they had actually treated the lawn. I have yet to hear back from them and it has been over a week. I will cancel the contract.

Well i gave them all 5 stars, even though they just got started treating my lawn. It will be a while before i really know if they are good or not. I am basing my ratings on their customer service. They have great customer service and Dennis has been a pleasure so far to deal with.

I love this company! They try very hard to do good work. If we have any issues they respond quickly and rectify it. Can not say enough about them.

They responded to my problem of termite swarmers the same day I contacted them, and it was on a Saturday! Dennis was very professional and friendly and followed up with me on Sunday to complete the initial work to control the swarmers. I have maintained regular service with them and so far am completely satisfied.

I am only rating a 4 right now because we are at the beginning of our journey, but I have a feeling that I am going to like this team! Dennis, who came out to review my issues and give me a quote, took a lot of time with me and discussed various plans for our yard. He truly knows his weeds! Phillip who is our lawn and pest specialist was very friendly and spent a lot of time discussing what he was going to do for our initial lawn, termite and pest treatments. It was a hot day here but he never complained—he just kept working and always seemed to like his job. He was very knowledgeable and wonderful with customer service.

Customer service is great. Very responsive. Can't rate results yet. Hired them to get rid of moles and take care of weeds in lawn. That takes time. They said about 4 to 5 weeks. We will see. So far we would rate them 5 stars. True ranking of stars depends on final results. Otherwise all seems OK. If it works as they say it would, will use them again.

They told me what my lawn needed, I said to proceed, they said one week to start seeing improvement, it is FAR WORSE at one week.

I have only had one service. My yard is not an over night fix. So, far so good. Won't be 100% sure till next summer, but I feel good about hiring Jax pest.
