Good company but could have advised on the preparation for the work a little more and done more to protect the work area. There was a film of dust on everything and the smell of the products used was very strong for two days. Other than that the work was good and the crew was friendly.

I called them one day and they were available the next. The technician worked efficiently to refinish two of my bathroom sinks. I thought I was going to have to replace them, but they look so good now. I was concerned about an odor because I have no ventilation in that room, but it was very minimal and lasted a short time. I did not even notice it. Melvin was very nice and did a wonderful job. He protected the area around the sinks very well and cleaned up afterwards. I will use them again for my other sinks and tubs. I highly recommend you contact them for your next project.

Both young men showed pride in their workmanship in completing our bathtub renovation. Our project took longer than expected however this was explained to us as the project progressed. The outcome was a new looking bathtub without cost of installing a new one. We would hire this company again as well as referring. Thanks for making our bathroom look new again!!

The two young men were courteous, on time, did their job very well and left. Wonderful experience. Will refer and use company again.

Company contacted me immediately and work done quickly after. Very pleased with everything. Would certainly recommend them to my friends. My only problem is that I've never received a copy of the invoice or warranty even after three 'phone calls and an email.

Ben and his team were great from start to finish. They are very courteous and professional, and did a great job resurfacing our cast iron bath tub. This was the only company I found that would give a 5 year warranty vs. 1 year that most of the other companies offer.

The job originally started on March 11, 2016, which was supposed to take five hours.to complete. They returned on the 12th to see if I was satisfied. I was not, They returned on the 14th, to correct runs and drips in the glazing, still not satisfied. They came back on the 21st to see what was wrong with the job, took pictures and said would get back to me the next day, the 22nd and correct on the 23rd. They did not call. I contacted Home Adviser about.the matter. They finally came out on the 25th and tried to correct problems, still not satisfied. They returned and did a touchup job, still not happy with the workmanship. Jax Surface Solutions had several other job in the works and finally got back with us on April 8, 2016 and redid the entire job over again with a new batch of glazing, which was satisfactory. They came back on Monday the 11th to take down tape and caulked. I questioned them about the overspray and they cleaned the overspray on the toilet. I said I would clean the floor, then they immediately left.. It was my mistake to offer to clean the overspray, it took me three different methods to remove the overspray. which took about $30.00 and 6 hours of spraying and scouring to clean to my satisfaction. There was overspray on the, vanity bath fixtures and door knob. Also overspray on the walls and vanity, however, since i was replacing the vanity and painting the walls I could deal with that. I finally got an invoice from Jax Surface Solutions on Monday, April 18, 2016 and paid them today.

Great guys did an excellent job and were fast with the entire process saved me a ton of money on a project I was completing to sell my home. I am in the real estate investing business and this was by far the best experience I have had dealing with contractors!!!

They will be doing my next bathroom.
