"Hi Kenneth, We are sorry about your dissatisfaction with our Pro. For any type of diagnosis work. We do not offer free diagnostic and our pro did not charge you for work that is not done. They did replaced your sliding door track wheel (at no replacement parts cost) that no one could do for you and fixed the other problems. Your garage motor is bad and they advised you of the problem in which, you were not asked to pay. The problem was more than the sensor replacement (explained by Pro). They did exactly what they were supposed to but yet you were unsatisfied because of the garage door issue. having fixed other stuff with 100% satisfaction"
