Small family team but professional, friendly and timely with communications. We were trying to decide whether to just wash our wood fencing or replace the picket sections. Jay Co. was willing to test wash one span first, wash the house front and tall privacy fence while the test span dried. He let us decide which was best - looked good so we proceeded to wash the picket sections. with the sunny weather he is coming back to stain the fence. BTW, the porch looks great!
