Jay Cohen is the real deal! We originally hired Jay to improve a single room. His pricing and workmanship was SO GOOD that we ended up asking him to upgrade the whole house. The original work involved was demoing the fiberboard and replacing it with sheet rock, spackle and painting. For the rest of the house, he did everything from replacing doors, re-doing the stairs, upgrading the door hardware, closing off wall ac unit provisions with matching the siding on the exterior and much much more. Our family friends couldn't believe their eyes when they saw how much better the entire house looked. What stood out about Jay's work was that he and/or his crew (Harral) were there every single day from the day the job started till the end. Even after we expanded the scope (which now went into 2-3 months), they were there every single day (despite having to go through a surgery in the middle). His dedication & integrity is unparalleled. We will always be grateful to Jay for helping us with our home and would wholeheartedly recommend Jay.

I started with two specific projects and was so impressed with Jay that I added a number of projects, including painting. The house looks so much better after he finished.
